At MaltaWorkPermit.com, we aim to provide professional and transparent services for individuals applying for Malta work permits and related immigration support. Please read this Refund Policy carefully, as it sets out the circumstances under which refunds are, and are not, available.
a) Identity Malta Fees
All government fees paid to Identity Malta for work permit, residence permit, or visa applications are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
b) Legal & Consultancy Fees
Professional service charges, consultancy fees, and legal processing fees paid to MaltaWorkPermit.com are non-refundable once services have commenced, as these cover administrative work, document checks, and advisory time.
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
Application refusal or rejection by Identity Malta or other authorities.
Withdrawal of application by the applicant after submission.
Delays or changes in government regulations outside our control.
Applicant’s failure to provide accurate information, documents, or meet eligibility criteria.
Cancellation of services by the applicant after work has begun.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment made in error (refund minus bank/processing charges).
Payment received but services not initiated due to refusal by MaltaWorkPermit.com to accept the case.
Services cancelled before any work has commenced, subject to administrative deductions.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Email Address] within 7 days of payment.
Requests must include proof of payment, service details, and reason for the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days, minus any applicable bank, transaction, or administrative fees.
Please note that MaltaWorkPermit.com cannot guarantee approval of any work permit or visa application. Final decisions are made exclusively by Identity Malta and the Maltese authorities. Our fees reflect professional support services, not guaranteed results.
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
