These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website MaltaWorkPermit.com (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the services we provide relating to Malta work permit and visa assistance. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MaltaWorkPermit.com provides guidance, consultancy, and document support for individuals applying for work permits, residence permits, and related immigration services in Malta. We are not Identity Malta and do not issue permits ourselves.
a) Service Fees
All service charges, consultancy fees, and professional support fees payable to MaltaWorkPermit.com must be settled before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b) Government & Third-Party Fees
Identity Malta application fees, legalisation charges, and notary costs are strictly non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.
Applicants are responsible for all additional costs, including translations, health insurance, and travel expenses.
c) Non-Refundable Payments
All legal fees and Identity Malta fees paid through MaltaWorkPermit.com are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: refusal, rejection, withdrawal of application, or change of personal circumstances.
You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information and documentation.
Any delay, rejection, or refusal caused by false, incomplete, or misleading information is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
MaltaWorkPermit.com shall not be liable for application refusals based on inaccurate information supplied by the applicant or employer.
While MaltaWorkPermit.com provides professional guidance and assistance, we cannot guarantee approval of any application, as final decisions rest solely with Identity Malta and Maltese authorities.
MaltaWorkPermit.com shall not be held liable for any loss, rejection, or damages arising from use of our services, unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or decisions made by Identity Malta or other government authorities.
If a client cancels services after work has commenced, consultancy fees already paid remain non-refundable.
MaltaWorkPermit.com reserves the right to decline or terminate services in cases of fraud, misuse, or abusive conduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
MaltaWorkPermit.com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
